Our Christmas light display began 22 years ago with a few simple lights put up to celebrate the holidays. We always lit the lights on our daughter's birthday, December 8. Each year more friends entered in and over the years the light display grew to what it is today. Our desire has always been that families and friends could come to the country and for a time be in a "different world." We have always tried to have a different theme for each year. Our theme has always been about hope for peace and love to bring the world into the goodwill towards men that was spoken of so long ago. As our display has gained in popularity, we have been blessed with more people donating their time and talent to making an ever increasing number of families happy. Each year we hear amazing stories about how people integrate visiting our lights as a part of their holidays tradition and often how the experience of being here has effected their lives. In the end, their stories told become a great blessing to us. This year our theme is "Love Is The Answer." Come and share in our celebration. As always everything is free of charge!
This year we want to really celebrate the gift that has been given to all.....the ability to feel and give love. We have so much to be thankful for if we really think about it. We want all who visit for the moments at hand to be taken away into the world of innocence, peace and love. A time to truly cherish our families and friends in a world of sight, sound, and wonder.
